PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless apparatus capable of realizing wireless communication using a high frequency band of 30 GHz or over, wherein generation of a stable local oscillating frequency is difficult, with an inexpensive and simple configuration. SOLUTION: A local oscillation signal (f<SB>LO</SB>) is given to one terminal of antiparallel diodes 202 wherein different polarities of the diodes are respectively connected to the one terminal and the other terminal, an information signal (f<SB>IF</SB>) and a DC bias (10) are given to the other terminal and an output signal is extracted from the other terminal. A signal is obtained by up-converting the information signal with harmonics of the local oscillation signal through the function of the anti-parallel diodes and the DC bias provides an output of the harmonics of the local oscillation signal.
