PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener capable of firmly and mutually fixing objects to be fixed by strong nipping force. SOLUTION: This fastener is composed of three parts including a pin 1 made of synthetic resin, a grommet 11 made of synthetic resin, and a metallic nipping body 21. The pin is provided with a head part 2 and a shaft part 3. The grommet is provided with a flange part 12 and a barrel part 13. The nipping body is provided with an outward supporting arm 22 and an outward nipping piece 23. The pin forms a storage chamber 5 for receiving an outward nipping piece side of the nipping body toward the direction of center of the shaft part and a pressurizing face 4 for pressing the outward nipping piece of the nipping body outward. The grommet forms a supporting section 15 supporting the outward supporting arm of the nipping body in its flange part or barrel part. An opening window 18 for bringing the outward nipping piece of the nipping body in and out is formed in the barrel part to nip the object to be fixed between the flange part of the grommet made of synthetic resin and the outward nipping piece of the metallic nipping body so that it is firmly fixed by strong nipping force obtained from synthetic resin and metal.
