PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric control valve capable of restricting the generation of noise by avoiding transmission of vibration due to rotation of a rotor to a screw engagement part without increasing rotation resistance of the rotor, a rotor bearing part and the screw engagement part, and having excellent operation stability and durability. SOLUTION: A clearance C in the rotor rotating direction is provided between the rotor 31 of a stepping motor and a screw member (male screw member 29) of a side to be driven for rotation by the rotor 31 in a feeding screw mechanism.
