PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation packing for improving the handling convenience by reducing the weight sufficiently, reducing the cost by saving the amount of use of a material, while satisfactorily assuring a strength of a base part of a connection part and a vertical directional compressive strength. SOLUTION: The foundation packing 10 comprises a pair of base bodies 20 extending in the long side direction and a connection part 11 for connecting the pair of base bodies 20 in the short side direction. The connection part comprises connecting projections 21 formed to be integrated with the base bodies, respectively, in a manner that each of the connecting projections 21 projects from a long side inner face toward the other long side inner face of the base bodies. The pair of base bodies are connected by connecting the connecting projections of the base bodies with each other. A plurality of channels penetrating in a vertical direction are formed in the long side outer face of the base bodies. A plurality of bottomed horizontal openings 29 directed from the long side inner faces to the long side outer faces of the base bodies are formed in the long side inner faces of the base bodies except the base parts of the connection part.
