PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a thin film made of a triazinedithiole derivative, by causing a polymerization reaction among the molecules at high efficiency to increase the strength of the thin film. SOLUTION: A method for producing the polymer thin film of the triazinedithiole derivative by mixing or layering one or more triazinedithiole derivatives of a raw material on the surface of a solid with a vacuum deposition method has an oxidation treatment step for forming the film of a metallic oxide showing n-type semiconduction on the surface of the solid, prior to a vapor deposition step. The oxidation treatment step comprises the steps of: at first, forming the film of nickel (Ni) on the surface of the solid; then, forming a thin film thereon made of at least one metal among iron (Fe), aluminum (Al), chromium (Cr), magnesium (Mg), zinc (Zn), cadmium (Cd), niobium (Nb), titanium (Ti) and vanadium (V); and after that, oxidizing the thin film.
