<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoformed multi-layer container which retains such superior characteristics as heat resistance capability, poison-free property, fragrance-preserving capability, surface luster, etc., that are found with a thermoformed container using a thermoplastic polyester resin sheet while having improved suitability for printing, decorativeness, light-shielding property and thermoforming processability, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The thermoformed multi-layer container comprises a laminated structure constituted of a laminated sheet with low-density polyethylene based resin layer and paper or aluminum foil, and of a thermoplastic polyester resin sheet, both sheets being directly hot-melt-bonded on the surface of the low-density polyethylene based resin layer, with the peeling strength between the low-density polyethylene based resin layer and the thermoplastic polyester resin layer being above 1,000 gf/15 mm, and the thermoplastic polyester resin layer being the innermost layer.
