<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a bottle can made of an aluminum alloy, which prevents an external coating from cracking in machining a neck and a thread, improves external coating hardness after the thread machining, prevents blocking with a coating on the internal surface side of a cap, further improves lubricity by bleeding a lubricant such as wax to improve sliding properties, and allows the cap to be easily opened, and the bottle can manufactured by this method. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the aluminum-alloy-made bottle can for use of a beverage includes steps of controlling a curing condition of the external coating prior to machining of the neck and the thread after coating and baking, then machining the neck and the thread under the curing condition where a gel fraction of the external coating is 80-96%, and afterbaking at least a cap-mounted part of the bottle can after machining the thread. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
