PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image without blurring by extracting a feature point from two or more frame images automatically, calculating a camera vector with high accuracy automatically, and compensating the blurring of the image caused by shake of the camera based on the highly accurate obtained camera vector. SOLUTION: A camera vector operation unit 10 includes a feature point extracting unit 13 for extracting a prescribed number of feature points automatically from image data of a motion video image, a feature response processing unit 14 for tracing the extracted feature points in each frame image of the motion video image and searching a correlation between each frame image, a camera vector operation unit 15 for searching three dimension positional coordinates, of which correlation was sought, searching a camera vector corresponding to each frame image from the three dimension positional coordinations, and a deviation minimizing unit 16 for processing a distribution of resolutions of two or more camera vectors, which was sought in the camera vector operation unit 15, statistically to a minimum and determining automatically a camera vector, which was subjected to deviation minimization process.
