PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a syringe type dispenser capable of applying viscous epoxy based conductive adhesive that since the interval between the sidewall face of a recess and an electrode pad for connecting element becomes narrower as reduction in size of a piezoelectric vibrator progresses, it is difficult to locate the forward end part of the dispenser for discharging the conductive adhesive at a position on the electrode pad for connecting element where the conductive adhesive is applied. SOLUTION: The process for fabricating a piezoelectric vibrator comprises a step for ejecting thermosetting conductive ink onto an electrode pad for connecting element using a jet dispense system dispenser from the outside of a container and sticking the ink thereto, a step for arranging a piezoelectric vibrator element on the thermosetting conductive ink stuck to the electrode pad such that an electrode film for external connection and the thermosetting conductive ink come into contact and being connected electrically, and a step for bonding the piezoelectric vibrator element to the electrode pad for connecting element by heating the container arranged with the piezoelectric vibrator element in a recess and sintering the thermosetting conductive ink.
