PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil cooler easily mountable on a vehicle. SOLUTION: This oil cooler incorporated in a radiator tank is installed on the inside wall surface of the radiator tank through at least first and second joint parts, and the inside of the oil cooler communicates with the outer part of the radiator tank through the first and second joint parts. the oil cooler comprises a first pipe having a tip part with an opening part and a base part connected to the first joint part and a second pipe having a tip part with a tip side opening part and a base part with a base part side opening part and fixed, liquid-tight, to the outside wall surface of the radiator tank so that all the peripheral edge of the base part side opening part surrounds the second joint part.
