PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve compactness of structure of an internal combustion engine by commonly using members, and improving lubricating oil cooling performance in lubricating structure for the internal combustion engine provided with a crankcase, a cylinder, and a cylinder head. SOLUTION: The crankcase includes the cylinder inclined in a horizontal direction, and an oil pan part having an opening part in the cylinder axial direction is formed below the cylinder. The cylinder head is in such structure as to cover the opening part in the oil pan part. In the cylinder head, a cooling fin is provided on an outer surface covering the oil pan part.
