PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance by making contrast between a joint part and a tile part clear while enhancing the design property of an existing tile surface to a pottery tile surface where degradation and pollution are worsened, and to impart pollution resistance, water-proofness, weatherability, and the like. SOLUTION: The pottery tile surface is repaired by a first process of coloring the joint part using a colored liquid containing a pigment and/or dye, and a second process of coating the whole surface with a colored transparent paint containing a hydrolytic silyl group in a binding agent with a rate of concealment of 0.10-0.60.
