PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonding treatment liquid for rubber-fiber and most suitable for the bonding of butyl rubber and ethylene-propylene-diene rubber having excellent gas permeation resistance. SOLUTION: The bonding treatment liquid is a resorcinol-formalin-latex liquid having a breaking strength of 2.5-10N/mm<SP>2</SP>and a breaking elongation of 600-900% measured in terms of a dry film. Preferably, the liquid contains a crosslinking agent, the latex in the bonding treatment liquid contains a copolymer latex of vinylpyridine, styrene and butadiene, and the copolymerization ratio of the copolymer latex is 15-20 mol% of vinylpyridine, 15-35 mol% of styrene and 50-70 mol% of butadiene.
