The invention relates to means for fixing a cover flap to a bodywork part, in which the cover flap (7) is used to cover a hole (6) in the bodywork part (5) from which a mobile element projects, said flap being equipped with means (19) for assembling same with the mobile element. The inventive fixing means (21, 22) comprise assembly means (24) which can co-operate with the assembly means (19) of the flap (7) in order to connect the flap (7) solidly to the fixing means (21, 22), as well as means (30) for coupling to the bodywork part in order to connect the fixing means (21, 22) solidly to the bodywork part (7). The invention also relates to an assembly comprising a flap and such fixing means.
