摘要

PURPOSE:To relieve the harmful effect of an impurity on a superconducting phase and to increase critical density by making the impurity fine as well as to attain satisfactory joining of grains to each other by reducing voids among the grains. CONSTITUTION:An Sr-Ca-Cu-O impurity is finely dispersed in a Tl-Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O superconducting substance, the volume fraction of the impurity is regulated to 1-10% and the grain size of the impurity and that of the superconducting substance are regulated to <=5mum each.
