<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant monitoring device for efficiently notifying a warning to which an operator should respond out of many of generated warnings by preferentially and selectively displaying the warning to which countermeasure operation is not conducted yet. <P>SOLUTION: A process value is input from a process input device 2. When the input process value is in a warning state, a process input processing part 4 generates warning message data 8. A warning message display processing part 9 displays the warning message on a display device 3 on the basis of the generated warning message data 8. The operator conducts the countermeasure operation on the basis of this. In regards to the warning to which the countermeasure operation has been already conducted, the operator operates an operation button to inform to a countermeasure operation implementation notification processing part 10 that the countermeasure operation has been already conducted.
