<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable resources to be efficiently utilized by using resources of a game device being stopped as resources for a game device under operation regarding a game system which is suitable for activities in an arcade in which a plurality of game devices are installed. <P>SOLUTION: The central control device 10 and a plurality of the game devices 12A to 12E are connected through a communication circuit 14. The central control device 10 senses the operating states of the game devices 12A to 12E, and senses provision available resources of respective game devices from the operating states. In addition, utilization available resources of respective game devices are determined conforming to all the sensed provision available resources and a specified distribution regulation.
