PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier that does not influence uplink communication even when a monitor terminal is opened. SOLUTION: This amplifier is provided with a first path 20 for making a downlink signal of a first frequency band pass through, a second path 30 for making a downlink signal of a second frequency band pass through, a third path 40 for making an uplink signal of a third frequency band pass through, and a fourth path 50 for making an uplink signal of a fourth frequency band pass through. The first path 20 is provided with a first amplifier 21 for amplifying the downlink signal of the first frequency band and a first branching device 22 for branching a portion of the downlink signal outputted by the first amplifier 21, and the second path 30 is provided with a second amplifier 31 for amplifying the downlink signal of the second frequency band, a second branching device 32 for branching a portion of the downlink signal outputted by the second amplifier 31, and a first mixing unit 16 for mixing signals branched by the first and second branching devices and outputting the mixed signal to a downlink monitor terminal 4.
