PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a wrong number calling caused by a human operational error by the function of a telephone set itself not preventing it by a human operation. SOLUTION: A control unit 13 performs call processing for a line in response to an operation of a call instruction including the telephone number of an opposite party, and performs the disconnection processing of the line in response to an operation of a disconnection instruction. In this case, if an off-hook operation different from a usual off-hook operation is performed by a specific off-hook switch before connection with the telephone set of the telephone number during transmitting after the call processing, the control unit 13 generates a wrong number telephone signal indicating that the call has a wrong number, and transmits the signal to the telephone set of the telephone number during calling.
