PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift switch with a lever in which assembling work performance is improved by eliminating painting work of a screw locking member and breakage or the like of a seal member provided at the insertion hole can be prevented. SOLUTION: The shift switch with lever is equipped with a lever member 1 capable of rocking interlocked with the operation of a shift lever, a terminal board 2 for supporting in free rotation the shaft part 1a of the lever member 1, a case 3 in which an insertion hole 3b capable of inserting the shaft part 1a of the lever member 1 is formed, an O ring 7 which is arranged at the insertion hole 3b and seals, and a roller member 4 having a movable contact 5 capable of contacting to and separating from a fixed contact 6 of the terminal board 2, and according to the operation of the shift lever, the movable contact 5 contacts the prescribed fixed contact 6 and detects the position of the shift lever. The switch has an E-shape stopper ring 9 which locks the shaft part 1a of the lever member 1 and the case 3 and prevents pulling-off of the lever member 1 from the case 3.
