PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel capable of surely shielding a gap between a fixed barrel and a movable barrel from light without providing a bristle-planted part. SOLUTION: An annular groove 21 is formed in the inner peripheral surface at the leading end of the cylindrical fixed lens barrel 17 into which the cylindrical movable lens barrel 18 is inserted. A light shielding member 19 is arranged in the annular groove 21. The light shielding member 19 is constituted by sticking a light shielding main body part 27 having a U-shaped cross section and an annular reinforcing ring 28, and the light shielding main body part 27 is constituted by integrally molding an annular disk 29 arranged in the annular groove 21, an outer annular part 30 tightly sticking to the inner surface 23 of the annular groove 21 while pressurizing the inner surface 23, and an inner annular part 31 tightly sticking to the outer circumferential surface 26 of the movable lens barrel 18 while pressurizing the outer circumferential surface 26.
