摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a charcoal-containing synthetic fiber with a high charcoal content of 5~30 wt % by compounding a synthetic resin, which can be manufactured into a fiber, such as polyester, polypropylene or nylon, with a charcoal powder having a particle size of 15 µm or less under vacuum to produce chips in a pellet form, and melt-spinning the chips as masterbatches or raw materials. Further disclosed is a synthetic fiber manufactured by the method. Since the synthetic fiber has a high charcoal content, it sufficiently exhibits beneficial functions of charcoal. In addition, the synthetic fiber is manufactured without deterioration in the physical properties of fiber.</p>
