[PROBLEMS] To provide a polylactic acid resin composition which contains a crystal nucleator suitable for accelerating crystallization of the polylactic acid resin. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The polylactic acid resin composition comprises: a polylactic acid resin; and a metal salt of a phosphorus compound represented by the formula (I) (wherein R1 and R2 may be the same or different and each represents hydrogen, C1-10 alkyl, or C1-10 alkoxycarbonyl) or a metal salt of a phosphorus compound represented by the formula (II) (wherein R3, R4, R5, and R6 may be the same or different and each represents hydrogen, C1-10 alkyl, or C1-10 alkoxycarbonyl).
