PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for realizing elimination of an operational error of setting of a warning state which arises due to mislaying one or more of a plurality of information transmitting and receiving devices, in a case where the plurality of information transmitting and receiving devices are registered with an information processor.

SOLUTION: A security device 2 controls warning operation by monitoring entrance/exit of a user carrying security controllers 3a to 3c into/from a security management area 50. The security device 2 is provided with a communication unit which communicates with each of the security controllers 3a to 3c and acquires each positional information on each of the security controllers 3a to 3c, a storage unit 11 for storing a security controller monitor table 30, and a mislaying determination unit 26 which determines whether or not the security controllers 3a to 3c are mislaid in a predetermined area, and determines whether to automatically instruct setting or release of the warning state or to instruct the setting or release of the warning state by the user's operation input.
