PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a card from being used unauthorizedly by a third party.

SOLUTION: A card information management apparatus 10 is provided with: a member information DB 12a for storing card authentication information (authentication information such as a card number and password, for example) and an address of a communication terminal 40 of a card member by associating them every card member; and a card use reporting part 13c for extracting the address of the communication terminal 40 of the card member corresponding to the card authentication information from the member information DB 12a to give a use notification of the card to the extracted address when the card authentication information of a card user is received from a card dealer's shop terminal 30.
