<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror coated lens made of plastic in which the reflection preventing effect of a concave face of a lens is improved without losing the reflection increasing effect of a convex surface of the lens, reflection is reduced and luminous transmittance is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The mirror coated lens made of plastic is characterized in that a function film is formed on the convex surface of a plastic substrate for a lens, the convex surface has the reflection increasing effect, the concave surface has the reflection preventing effect, the function film is constituted of successively laminating specific layers from the surface of the plastic substrate, and respective layers have specific quality of materials and specific film thickness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
