PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily select a video photographed by a plurality of cameras along a road at a terminal. SOLUTION: A road circumstance video provision system to a moving body providing the video along the road comprises: a plurality of camera parts 120-1 to 120-N arranged along the road and for photographing the video of a road circumstance; a camera video storing part 116 for storing the video transmitted from the plurality of the camera parts; a road map storing part 114 for storing road map information; a moving body searching part 112A for determining a route of a moving body by searching a road map storing part on the basis of a destination, a course place and a current place of the moving body; a camera position searching part 112B for searching position information of the camera part on a determined route; an input part 133 for inputting the position information of the destination and the course place of the moving body; a current position information detection part 135 for detecting the current position of the moving body; and a display part 136 for displaying the video of the selected camera part by displaying a list of the position information of the searched camera part.
