PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a color-bleeding effect at high speed with little computational load. SOLUTION: The image forming system includes a color-bleeding effect information storage part 182 for storing pieces of information about the color-bleeding effect that still objects in an object space provide to objects positioned at a plurality of designated points present in the object space, in such a way that the pieces of information are associated with the designated points; a position computing part 110 for computing the position of a given mobile object; a designated point selecting part 130 by which one or a plurality of designated points in a predetermined positional relationship with the mobile object are selected according to the position of the mobile object; and a color-bleeding effect computing part 142 that reads the piece or pieces of color-bleeding effect information stored in association with the one or the plurality of designated points selected and that, on the basis of the one or the plurality of pieces of color-bleeding effect information read, implements a rendering process for providing the color-bleeding effect to the mobile object.
