PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key telephone device with which a conference can be conducted without using a conference path of a main device. SOLUTION: The key telephone device is provided with the main device 1 connected to an external line 10 and two key telephone sets 3-1 and 3-2 connected to the main device 1 through an extension transmission line 2. The key telephone set 3-1 comprises a master unit 4-1 and radio slave units 5-11 and 5-12, and the key telephone set 3-2 comprises a master unit 4-2 and radio slave units 5-21 and 5-22. Since the master unit 4-1 of the key telephone set 3-1 is provided with a conference circuit, a three-person conference can be conducted among the radio slave units 5-11 and 5-12 and a connection destination of the external line 10.
