PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wave absorber and the manufacturing method of a laminated structure of the electric wave absorber capable of being integrally adhered by heating or pressurization, or by heating and pressurizing means using a bonding intermediate film having a predetermined thickness interposed in multistage among many laminated absorption stocks for electric waves and electromagnetic waves. SOLUTION: The electric wave absorber and the manufacturing method of a laminated structure of an electromagnetic wave absorber is so configured that many thin layer electric wave absorbing stocks 1, 1, and 2, 2 obtained by compounding the absorbing agent of electric waves and electromagnetic waves, and an intermediate adhesive film 4 having a uniform thickness is interposed between adjacent laminated layers of the electric wave absorbing stocks 1, 1, and 2, 2, and further they are integrally adhered by desired adhesive means.
