PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refilling container which is adapted to be held in a posture easy for holding during refilling work to ensure refilling of a liquid. SOLUTION: The bag-like refilling container has a flexible bag body a part of which is formed into a hollow projected part 6 projecting outwardly, and an inner tube 22 is inserted into the hollow projected part 6. A bellows part 30 is formed on the inner tube 22, the bellows part 30 being bendable and capable of retaining its bent state. When the bellows part 30 is bent and a spout tube 20 consisting of the inner tube 22 and the hollow projected part 6 are tilted, the tilted state of the spout tube 20 is maintained by the shape retaining force of the bellows part 30.
