A fluid activated, retractable vehicle restrictor, for use a speed pump has a reservoir, such as a bladder (4) to contain a supply of fluid (1a). An actuator (2) presses a plunger (3) against the bladder (4) in order to raise cap (6). The vehicle restrictor also has a support surface (7) and a controller (12), that activates the actuator (2) to raise and lower the vehicle restrictor. |
