FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves incubating flasks containing 70-80 ml of blood and 40 ml of preservative agent for 20 min at 37°C together with chemotherapeutical preparations. Next to it, treatment with alternating magnetic field of 50 mTesla units intensity and frequency of 50 Hz is applied at continuous rotation about its axis at 20 rpm speed. 30 mg/m2 of Doxorubicin is added to the first flask contents. 500 mg/m2 of cyclophosphane are added to the second flask and 20 mg/m2 of methotrexate are added to the third flask. Incubation and treatment with alternating magnetic field is started with the first flask at the first and the eighth day. Total chemopreparations quantity is equal to 60-80 mg, cyclophosphan is applied in the amount of 1200-1600 mg, methotrexate - 40 mg. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. |
