PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of supplying a thermosetting resin to a back space and a surface space so as not to allow voids to be formed on both of a back resin and a surface resin in an ignition control unit that a printed circuit board is disposed at a predetermined position in a box-like resin case, and the surface resin is filled in the surface space and the rear resin is filled in the rear space of the printed circuit board, respectively. SOLUTION: The ignition control unit 25 comprises the box-like resin case 30 that has a bottom wall 32 and a plurality of widewalls 34 and 36, and is opened upwardly, the printed circuit board 40 on which an electronic part 44 is mounted and is supported at a predetermined height in the resin case, and the rear resin 52 and the surface resin 54 are filled (formed) in the rear space 47 and the surface space 48 of the printed circuit board, respectively. In the ignition control unit, the method of supplying the thermosetting resin to the rear space and the surface space 48 includes a first process for injecting the thermosetting resin to the rear space 47 and subsequently, and a second process for allowing the thermosetting resin in the rear space to flow into the surface space 48 through a clearance 46 between the printed circuit board and the sidewalls of the resin case.
