PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the forming method of an image having a photo-diffractive structure, which provides a high security inimitable at only a glance under visible light, or the like.

SOLUTION: This forming method has a photo-diffractive structure transferring process for transferring a photo-diffractive structural layer 51 including a photo-diffractive structure 51b from a photo-diffractive structure transferring sheet 50 to a body to be transferred 100 to the exclusion of the specified regions 32 and 42 of the body to be transferred and an ink transferring process for transferring an ink layer 36 including an invisible ink part consisting of an ink invisibly recognizable under visible light from an ink transferring sheet 33 laminated on a base material sheet 34 to the specified regions 32 and 42.
