<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged frozen food for a cooled noodle food providing a desired cooled feeling, allowing the frozen product of the boiled noodle food to be thawed by once microwave oven cooking while keeping the good texture after the thawing, and having a shape easily mixable with a thawed fluid food by an easy mixing operation; and to provide a method for cooking the food. <P>SOLUTION: The packaged frozen food for cooking by microwave oven heating includes the frozen product (A) of the fluid food, the frozen product (B) of the boiled noodle food, and two or more small ice lumps in a container (X) having heat resistance and exhibiting water impermeability, further optionally includes a frozen product (C) of spices and/or ingredients stored in a container (Y) having heat resistance and flexibility, and is constituted by placing the frozen product (B) on the top of the frozen product (A), fixing the small ice lumps at least at one position of the interior, the upper part and the lower part of the frozen product (B), and arranging the container (Y) at the side of the frozen product (A) in the container (X). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
