PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the simplification of an apparatus and the reduction of running cost by dispensing with the separate installation of a heating apparatus and to suppress the abnormal decrease of a temperature in the vicinity of a lower end opening part of a platinum orifice. SOLUTION: The lower end 12 of the platinum orifice 9 arranged in the inner peripheral side of a refractory-made orifice base part 8 is positioned above the lower end surface 13 of the refractory-made orifice base part 8, the diameter of the inner peripheral surface 14 in the lower end part 11 of the platinum orifice 9 is made smaller than that of the inner peripheral surface 15 in the lower end part 10 of the orifice base part 8 positioned at the outer peripheral side thereof, and a step part 17 corresponding to the difference of the said diameter is formed between the lower side end part 16 of the inner peripheral surface 14 in the lower end part 11 of the platinum orifice 9 and the inner peripheral surface 15 in the lower end part 10 of the orifice base part 8.
