PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom drier capable of securing sufficient heating capacity even in a general home. SOLUTION: A fan 17 is arranged in a casing 11 so as to straddle a circulating air passage RR, a first exhaust air passage ER1 and a second exhaust air passage ER2. An adsorbent unit 18 and a hot water type heat exchanger 19 are arranged so as to straddle the circulating air passage RR and the first exhaust air passage ER1 by sandwiching this fan 17. Air in a bathroom introduced into the circulating air passage RR from a first suction port 12 is dehumidified by the adsorbent unit 18, and then, becomes high temperature-low humidity air by being heated by the hot water type heat exchanger 19, and most are returned in the bathroom to dehumidify the inside of the bathroom. While, a part of thr high temperature-low humidity air enters all the way into the first exhaust air passage ER1 from the circulating air passage RR, and is reheated by the hot water type heat exchanger 19, and then, passes through the adsorbent unit 18, and is exhausted outdoors so that the adsorbent unit 18 is regenerated by the passing high temperature-low humidity air.
