PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug for a vacuum blood collection tube, capable of securely preventing the backward flow of blood and securely controlling the lysemia when the centrifuging is performed, and a vacuum blood collection tube system using the plug. SOLUTION: The plug for the vacuum blood collection tube is for closing an opening end 2a of the vacuum blood collection tube 2, and has a channel 4 for making a vacuum blood collection needle communicate with the vacuum blood collection tube 2 when the vacuum blood collection needle is inserted. The plug also has a plug body 3 with the channel 4 inside, and a check valve inside the channel 4. The check valve permits the blood passing to the vacuum blood collection tube side but prohibits the blood from passing in the opposite direction.
