PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sole or insole of a shoe capable of freely changing the position of a raised region for supporting the arch of a foot according to the shape and state of the foot for preventing or relieving the trouble caused by the deformation of the skeleton of the foot, such as the hallux valgus. SOLUTION: The hallux valgus preventive body for shoes comprises a raised part corresponding to an inner vertical arch on the sole and a raised part corresponding to a horizontal arch on the sole. A base body with the raised part corresponding to the inner vertical arch on the sole is separated from a base body with the raised part corresponding to the horizontal arch. The hallux valgus preventive body for shoes also has a position adjusting fixing means for adjusting and fixing the position of the raised part corresponding to the horizontal arch at a prescribed position relative to the base body with the raised part corresponding to the inner vertical arch on the sole.
