FIELD: test equipment, applicable for tests of explosive bolts. ^ SUBSTANCE: the device consists of two brackets mounted on a power plate, one fixed disk is rigidly fastened on one of them, and the second movable disk is aligned with it on the guides rigidly fastened in the brackets for motion on the guides towards the opposite bracket, seats are made in the disks in their axis for the explosive bolt interconnected them, the disks are engageable with each other by the end face planes, the moment of collision and the moment of separation corresponding to the beginning of motion of the second movable disk are recorded, for example, by means of sensors or filming. The method for determination of the characteristics of explosive bolt action at designing of pyrotechnical units consists in fixation of mass m of the movable second disk, moment t1 of disks separation, moment t2 of collision of the second movable disk with the opposite bracket and distance L between the disks at the moment of collision of the second movable disk with the bracket, the first fixed disk is rigidly fastened in the bracket, and in the initial position the fixed and movable disks are fastened by the explosive bolt. The characteristics of explosive bolt action when it is used in a pyrotechnical unit are determined by formulas. The explosive bolt character is calculated by the results of measurements by known formulas: momentum J=mL/(t2-t1); axial force P=J/(t2-t1); speed V=L/(t2-t1). ^ EFFECT: fixed explosive bolts, prevented disorganized scattering of the device components causing damage of the surrounding constructions and the components of the device proper. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
