<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer replenishing container which has simple structure, is assembled in a simple manner, and stably replenish developer. <P>SOLUTION: The developer replenishing container has, in the face of one end of a container main body for storing developer, a cylindrical opening which has a diameter smaller than that of the container main body, and a cap member sealing the opening, wherein the cap member is provided with a plurality of sheet members disposed in a shape of a circular arc so that the sheet members are arranged along the internal circumferential face of the cylindrical opening of the container main body.
