PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect individual privacy in communicating information using identification data stored in an electronic tag.

SOLUTION: An information communication system is equipped with; an electronic tag 101 equipped with a storage means to store an ID; a message tables 102,103 which store information corresponding to each ID; a portable terminal 100 having an electronic tag write means which can rewrite an ID of the electronic tag 101 based on the ID registered in a message table 102; an electronic tag reader 105 which can read the ID from the electronic tag 101; and a system server 104 which acquires corresponding information from the message table 103 based on the ID read by the electronic tag reader 105.
