REFORMING CONSTRUCTION METHOD PRESENTING DEVICE, METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reforming construction method presenting device for enabling a person who has been requested to reform the outer wall of a building to quickly make the presentation of the reforming construction method to a client, and a reforming construction method presenting method and program.

SOLUTION: This reforming construction method presenting method as a method for presenting the reforming construction method of the outer wall of a building by using a computer system comprises: a construction work start year input step (S2) to prompt the input of the construction work start year of a building to be reformed; a repaint frequency input step (S3) to prompt the input of the number of times of the repaint of the outer wall of the building; a data input step (S4) to prompt the input of data related with the outer wall; a step (S5) to select the reforming construction method of the outer wall which can be constructed on the basis of the information inputted in the construction work start year input step; the repaint frequency input step and the data input step; and a step (S7) to display the selected reforming construction method.
