<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fluctuation in the lift timing of a second valve member in a solenoid valve with two-stage valve members. <P>SOLUTION: A first connecting pipe 14 of the solenoid valve 10 is connected to a fuel tank side, and a second connecting pipe 16 to a canister side. A spring 28 urges a movable core 30 and a first valve member 50 toward opening the solenoid valve 10. A shaft 52 of the first valve member 50 has a flow control part 54 at the distal end of a pressure receiving member 71 side. The flow control part 54, formed into a taper in the direction of insertion, is inserted in a communication passage 72, with an abutting part 62 of a bellows 60 seated on a projected part 76a of a rubber member 76. The communication passage 72 in the pressure receiving member 71 is formed into a taper in the direction of inserting the flow control part 54. Upon energization of a coil 40, the first valve member 50 moves in the direction of driving the flow control part 54 out of the communication passage 72. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
