SOLUTION: A rectification element of a full-wave rectification smoothing circuit 102 comprises four n-channel MOSFETs 181, 183, 231, and 233. The MOSFET 181 is switched by a drive voltage obtained by dividing a voltage across a capacitor 141, the MOSFET 231 is switched by a drive voltage obtained by dividing a voltage across a capacitor 191, the MOSFET 183 is switched by a drive voltage obtained by dividing a voltage between joints A2 and A4, and the MOSFET 233 is switched by a drive voltage obtained by dividing a voltage between joints A1 and A4.
