PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a telephone call has arrived during using an instantaneous massaging system with a telephone call function, a status stored in an instantaneous massaging server becomes a status before a terminal has begun a call or logged off to be impossible to notify to a fellow that the instantaneous massaging system will is recovered when a telephone conversation is terminated. SOLUTION: An instantaneous massaging terminal combines the telephone call function and a data communication function and uses a communication function by switching between the functions of the telephone call and data communication to be intended for an information communication terminal equipped with an instantaneous massaging function. In the instantaneous massaging terminal, a communication controller is included and detects the incoming call and transmission. When having detected arrival and transmission of the telephone call, the communication controller sets the instantaneous massaging status of its own information communication terminal as "under telephone call".
