PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly shorten a construction period by reducing labor for constructing a curved wall. SOLUTION: A plurality of horizontal furring strips 7 are fixed to the outer faces of columns 1, 1 erected along a circular line in mutually spaced relation in the state that both ends of the horizontal furring strips 7, 7 adjacent to each other in the horizontal direction abut with each other at a predetermined portion of the column 1. A plurality of plate materials 14, 14 are closely fixed to the planar outer faces of the horizontal furring strips 7 in the state that both ends of the adjacent plate materials 14, 14 abut with each other to form a recessed plane portion 18 as a putty allowance at a small gap 16 on the column 1 and in parallel to the outer face of the column 1 at the end of the plate material 14.
