PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compatibilizer capable of securing practical physical properties even by regenerating a plastic material by using in a plurality of polymers containing at least 1 kind of a used polymer. SOLUTION: This compatibilizer constituted by a compound having an olefin skeleton is prepared. The compound may be expressed by formula (1) [wherein, R1to R4are the same or different and are each a non-reactive group or a reactive group; (n1), (n2) are the same or different and are each 0 or 1 to 5 integer; and (m1), (m2) are the same or different and are each 0 or 1 to 4 integer].
