PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral rubbing implement, which can safely rub all parts except the teeth in the oral, such as the weak-fleshed gum, tongue, upper jaw, lower jaw, oral mucous membrane or the like. SOLUTION: In the oral rubbing implement whose handle has a rubbing body at the end, a flexible resin board which is flexible is fixed to the end of the handle as a wick of the rubbing body, the surface of the flexible resin board is covered with an elastic water absorbor, and the surface of the water absorbor is covered with a cloth. And, the oral rubbing implement is characterized by that the middle of the handle is bent down at an angle of about 20-45°and the point is bent up at an angle of about 20-45°when the rubbing body is turned up to view the main body from a side.
